Here is the homily I gave for the First Sunday of Lent. This homily is the first in the series, "Just When I Thought I had it Figured Out." So many Catholics today feel lost during Lent. It may be because our prayer has become more of a formula than a chance to communicate with God. We need to be challenged to get out of our rut and back to God.
